From a physics stand point there is a point where you come to the smallest unit of measurement possible and once you reach that you would be able to finish the hair cut

6 years later, chiming in. From a realistic standpoint, the hair would never be fully shaven, since other hair would grow back quicker than you could ever reach that point. Death would eventually follow, rendering the process null. If you could supertask it with a computer, then the job would be able to be finished.
