Aww I love cockatiels and their smol tongues hahaha I like it when they try to “clip” my nails but they just make small pecks while slobbering all over hahaha

I like how cockatiels can be all sassy, like how they strut around, they're really interesting little birbs

I found this little guy that got attacked by a cat and I had to hand feed him till he got his strength back and he was the most loving baby I ever had and he had only one leg. He was so sassy and my cat who was 2 months at the time was legit his bitch. This cat would gently pet him on the head! They would even sleep together and he would steal the cat food sometimes. He could fly but he would only hop around and we let him sit outside so he can be a bit more free and one day someone stole him :( I miss him so much

Yeah pretty sure because he hangs out in this outside area quite a lot and he never flies away and even if he does fly he can only go a short distance because his wings were also damaged in the attack. We searched for miles around the house and he couldn’t have gotten far even if he had tried plus he was in his cage that he doesn’t know how to open by himself. The top of the cage was opened so it must’ve been a person. I just wish I knew what happened to him :(

That's awful, that's a really weird kind of pet to steal, I'm so sorry. People can be such assholes. The one consolation is that the difference between a stolen pet and a lost pet is you at least know that it's not outside somewhere alone and afraid
