Maybe these things do suck at the moment- or perhaps some aspects of them suck? One can certainly choose to try and focus on positives- but any realistic appraisal of a thing requires to view it as a whole does it not? Things can suck- or you can FEEL they suck. You can ask yourself what you can do about it- you can reframe your perspective to a constructive one- but if things never sucked- not much would get done would it? We wouldn’t have antibiotics if someone didn’t think infections sucked. Farms nor markets if someone didn’t decide that hunting and gathering by necessity sucked. You just have to be willing to do something about the suck- or accept the suck as part of life as opposed to dwelling on the suck.
I hate, and I cannot emphasize this enough, HATE shit like this. Theres no one size fits all approach to success and happiness, and things like this make it seem like if you don't "manifest" enough, then you're a failure.

I don't trust people who optimistically go to work on Monday.
People are allowed to complain, especially about their job.
Or...maybe some things actually suck and the forceful dismissing as a mental state or negative frame of mind is just as unhealthy as too much negativity. People with the whole range view of their lives can judge that in fact something sucks and maybe you can help them by bringing them tea and trying to understand. Ya know instead of denying problems exist and no matter how hard you try some things are impossible that doesn't make someone any one any less human and worthy.
Like for real people, have you even TRIED to be happy? If you'd just smile more, you'd feel happy soon.
F*#k you, if it was that easy, do you think we'd choose misery?
