You can be sexting someone all week telling them oh on Friday whatever, take someone home, and if you say no at time of action, consent is removed no excuses. Though if you could plan when an attempted assault would be fill the room with police officers.
I suppose that somewhere in the scheduling of such an appointment, by both parties, removes the rape aspect of it assuming that both parties don't change their minds
