I do see the silliness behind it and she is happy so good for her in that sense. Mostly people exercise because they want to avoid health problems due to weight, stress, etc etc. It isn't about of what you look it's about if your body functions properly. Everyone is different so she may be just fine inside though it can't be the same for anyone else. You do you and it's all good.
She’s saying that despite the fact that she is larger sized- she’s loving life, and that so many people treat being “FAT” not “Unhealthy” as a curse. Lots of people exercise for health or performance- just as many do it for looks. People aren’t using waist trainers to be healthy. Gym rats and club goers and “instagram models” aren’t using steroids like Anavar or even Winistrol to be healthy nor are they using amphetamines or other stimulants, HGH, or insulin as a growth hormone for health. They are doing t to look good. She isn’t going after people who work out for sport or for health. She’s going after people who say- and often act as if- being dead or risking it is better than LOOKING like you’re “fat” or “out of shape.”
The message here isn’t that you should be unhealthy- it’s that “looking fat” shouldn’t be a thing that terrifies you, that if you’re motivation to go to the gym or what not is just a fear of being unattractive- she can tell you first hand that she’s big and doing fine. That life doesn’t end if you put on a few pounds.
Now- while one shouldn’t treat being seen as “big” as though it’s the worst thing that could happen- if one doesn’t want to look “big” and is willing to work out or put effort into looking “smaller-“ no one should criticize them. You have just as much a right to choose to be buff, cut, skinny, or whatever it is you want to look like- and hopefully you’ll choose to maintain good health while you’re at it- but it’s your choice. So I do disagree with the negative tone she takes towards those who work out just for “looks.” To some degree most people who work out do it at least in part, or take some joy, from the way it makes them look. Ultimately it’s more about feelings than looks. If you like how you look or are proud of a physique you’ve built- you’re more likely to feel good about yourself. If you feel good about yourself hopefully you’ll take care of yourself enough to enjoy the life you want to have.
Yea not for long you fucking land whale
