It gets more terrifying when you think about the possibility of them having multiple layers, kind of like an onion. (Or an ogre)

And then when they open yet another layer, after revealing 19 "leather jackets" with a terrifying grin that grew bigger by the second.. their internal organs fall out. "Ah shit", they say, "guess I forgot one of my jackets today". They look at you. "I'll just have to make a new one..."
