I think that the person in this pic had commited war crimes and was about to be sentenced to death or something like that

As far as I know, Hague doesn't impose the death penalty, but he was awaiting a long sentence even though he insisted he was innocent. The Guardian has an article on it, I'd link it but Funsub doesn't let me.
