I really genuinely love GYM's, they helped me realized for the first time (at that point in my life) that i was really depressed (Due to muscle pain from all the working out, i started to to really hate the gym, but at the time it was a good thing, as i was half a step into nihilism and the hatred, i guess, reawakened my other emotions), and working out in the gym itself helped alleviate a lot of tension and anxiety i had built up over the years. Sorry if this comment is out of place, i just had to share this.
