Being ashamed of your body just means you don't like your envelope and it's already quite damaging, however, being ashamed of the very core of who and what you are is much more violent.
But don't worry, some of us are. Some of us have been said, since we're kids, that we should stop talking about "smartass and boring" stuff. Some have dulled their sparke because they were being made fun of for being outgoing and "too happy all the time". A lot of us worry and think we're too akwkward, boring or bland. Yo hate parties? Ugh what a nun, you're not fun to be around. So yeah a lot of us are, and for some stuff I'm willing to change (I used to be unnecessarily mean and judgemental and always correct people's grammar, but I decided I did not want to be that person anymore, so I changed), but for others I'm just ashamed sometimes and I'm not the only one.
