My parents did the opposite, my sister (13 years younger than me) can do things I'd never have dreamed of doing when I was her age

I have a friend and she has like 6 younger siblings. I always asked if she could come over with one of her sisters, and she was never able to because she always had to watch the kids and be the mother because their mother got pregnant AGAIN making a ninth child (there was like 2 older siblings) and had to sit there all day and breast feed and such, leaving my middle school friend to be the mother of 6.

I always felt so bad for her because she used to have an older sibling but that one ran away because she was under so much pressure.
