We used to have a cat that was an inside cat. One day I m on the livingroom couch and I hear faint panicked meowing. I look around don't see anything but I catch a glimpse outside and OUR CAT is dangling off the roof and holding on for dear life. I rush outside to get her but she she is gone by the time I get to that side of the house. I come back inside and my kid is laughing hysterically.
She says just as she sees me go out the door our cat BUST THROUGH the cardboard above the AC in the kitchen window like she was shot through a cannon in the circus ND made it through the paper hoop.
I didn't ful understand what she meant till one day I see the cat do it. And sure enough I walk by the kitchen door and I see the cat bust through the cardboard like "TA DAH!"
So we replaced it with a solid chunk of wood. She never went out it again.
(P.s. the window was weird because it wasn't a regular window it open like a slidding door. That's why we had covered the top of the AC in the window.)
