Pepperidge farms remembers when common courtesy like not taking up a train seat in need were universal and not gendered issues. When if there was enough space, what you did with the seat next to yours wasn’t really worth other people’s attention of it wasn’t a hazard. Not start a campaign and counter campaign that people who don’t spend lots of time online or watch junk news wouldn’t even know was a thing. Perhaps we could try being adults and not petty insecure children? Maybe “well he/she did it first!” Stopped being a valid excuse for YOU behaving like a child... pretty early in childhood actually?
