From what I remember, I thought this was a dead project.
They were trying to mole a giant tunnel from Seattle to I think Bellevue, but only got about a mile in, and because it was breaking down a bunch as well as being super slow, operating at a couple feet every few months, they just said "fuck it" and closed it down.
