When filling the bowl only fill one side so he thinks the other dog already ate his food. Or get him a friend.
I know some can't get another pet. Like we used to have 2 dogs but one was stolen when she broke into our front yard. We have moved from a large house to a little one so sadly we could get another dog but it was better to have just the one.
Our poor dog has separation anxiety so when it happen she pulled all her fur off her back near her tail.
We put her in onsies to keep her from doing it and gave her endless Love. It helped and went to the vet.
