....do they not still have lists? The best we could do is switch who our names, but even then the "list" was actually a diagram... so you could only get away with it if the sub didn't look up and make sure you were in the right seat.
I don't know if that is a good or bad thing... because the pranks we actually did pull were so much worse. I think I've told the story of the canadian sub crying 3-4x now, but just to reiterate, after the pledge of allegiance was over, a classmate started singing the canadian national anthem at the guy... and it wasn't so much that he sang it, but it was how he sang it; it was like a mockingbird. He knew all the words and put on a whole fucking spectacle... and this is a dude that would have been a star cornerback for a D1 college if he didn't get into SO much trouble. Looking at him you'd never suspect he could do something like that and twist it into such a fucked up statement just by changing how the words themselves are expressed. It was.... damn.
edit: my bad, it was after afternoon announcements, not the pledge, the pledge was at like 10:20 am... and this happened after lunch; had to be the afternoon announcements. I slept a lot, okay \>_>/
