Would a horse be any happier there than in a wooden stables/barn? If anything I'd think they would be less happy

Yeah tbh I imagine all the fluorescent lighting and antiseptic smells and (potentially) slippery floors (even if just in the entrance walking to the stalls) would probably not be things horses would prefer
