The shoulders seem too broad for the head, she looks awkward

Idk lol the doll looks better, but a bit awkward....Maybe the neck is a little tiny bit too short or the shoulders are broad or.....well idk haha but it looks better than the original by far

Man I wish they looked liked this when I was growing up, the teen years would have been remarkably less horrible.

I still don't get how a doll, a toy, may affect a little girls self image. I had a bunch of Barbies (I agree though, the new Barbies look horrible) and I'm not the least bit self-conscious. Barbie wasn't my ideal or idol,she was my toy.

the one on the right is beautiful. OH MY GOSH i am calling a doll beautiful! tells you how sad my life is.

Personally, I like how the original Barbie looks. BUt I'm happier with this one because it sends out a better message to young girls about what is a reasonable expectation in terms of body shape

Not really, she currently has male shoulder /head proportions. Her head should be about 1.3 times its size.
