I love space- since I was a child. But I don’t really want to go. Would I? Maybe- if someone offered a free ride... could I turn it down? But space travel is an uncomfortable dangerous thing and as Famousone says- you an get many or most of the fun aspects of the experience like weightlessness etc. right here on earth. Not quite the same I’m sure, and no bragging rights. But I like my spine where it is.

Hopefully in the distant future, tourist space travel will be a thing with most side effects of space not being present or minimized. I agree with both of you and I sure as hell wouldn't go at this day and age. If we're lucky, I'll be 70 when they finally get space travel to a point where mass amounts of civilians can travel like an airport. Like I said though, if I'm lucky.
Edit: and affordable for every average joe
I think that would be cool. I’d like to see it. Somehow I think it might be a stretch longer- doubtfully while I’m still around lol. But you never know. Most people who have gone to space don’t seem to regret it- of course, it might lose some of the wonder of it ever becomes so common. Most people get more annoyed about flying than excited to be soaring above the clouds- but again- I hope not. I hope space is always full of wonder.
