That won't be enough in the long run, we'd need to make the entire planet a sanctuary in order for the animals to not go extinct, and for that to happen, we, the human race need to find somewhere else to live
I appreciate your optimism but there are rich companies that won't allow for total oceanic sanctuaries. You may not like that the fat cats can buy off the environment, but that's just how it is.
