Lol. Yeah. He was specifically referring to entangled particles- and in fairness- what is it isn’t quantum mechanics is up for debate- many of Einstein’s theories are themselves applicable to or considered quantum science. But we are left with only a few probabilities that fit what we know- and in short- either there is some fundamental and important functioning of the universe that we have no idea what it is- or that much of what we “know” about science is flagrantly wrong in concept. If reconciliation of “classic models” doesn’t exist- then one school of thought is wrong- or both are wrong about a lot and right about some.
It's more referring to the states of entangled particles than their motion.
