Seriously. "Don't text me again or I'll call the police." They sent one friendly text and explained why. Nothing harmful, derogatory, etc. Just "hey, wanna talk to me?"

And this person's immediate reaction is to threaten to involve the exact same people who are busy trying to arrest child molesters, drug dealers, sex traffickers, domestic abusers, murderers, mcdonalds-employees-who-don't-have-chicken-mcnuggets (and, honestly, I imagine this person would call the police in that scenario, too).
