I wonder if the plane reimagined as a bird might be a pigeon, possibly a city pigeon (Columba Livia), they're know to submerge their beaks when drinking from puddles, and suck up the water

I wish Soul Dew still worked like it did a few gens ago. Latios is one of my favorite pokes and I have a perfect IV Modest one. I mean, it still has mega-evolution, but old Soul Dew would free up the mega spot, and is just better unless you want to run a mixed mega set and need the attack boost.
