Perfect is in the eye of the beholder- and I believe perfect is a moving target we never can hit- or can’t hit for any length of time. But- if you want to eat just about anything you want and have an “attractive body” you just have to work out enough to burn more calories than you take in. Baring medical conditions etc- it’s that simple. Where it isn’t simply though is that most people would probably have to do pretty intense exercise for 2-4 hours to burn off the average fast food value meal. A can of soda is 15-60 minutes or so of exercise. That’s just to “pay back” that. If you want to also LOSE fat... well... add about another hour per work out. So if you eat a large pizza for dinner every night but want to be “beach ready” be prepared to spend 6 or so hours a day of pretty intense exercise. If you aren’t going hard- longer, and if you’re going pro levels- you could consume double or triple a days calorie allotment and keep relatively svelte.
