No offense to the meme, but probably so the mom can hear strong action scenes/curse words/etc

Honestly I applaud the mom for acknowledging that those kind of things can happen and being proactive about it. At the end of the day she’s just trying to protect the child, I’ve seen too many stories of moms being in denial due to “awkwardness” and fear of confrontation.
