What if I'm not doing my best? I've bought a tub of icecream yesterday and it'll be finished by Monday. I could have resisted that, yet I didn't.

That's okay. You probably needed it more in this moment. Self care is important in many different ways.

Nah I just saw it and was like "hey why not"
But don't worry I'll make sure to be proud of myself when I start doing my best again :)
