Not of all trans people, no. That 14% is OF THE VERY SMALL GROUP of people that descide to detransition.
It's extraordinarily small. To use it in an argument against trans folk would be equivalent to saying, "Well SOME people are helped by homeopathy" when arguing healthcare or arguing that you should weigh the electrons too.
The figure is too small in relative to support your argument.
