Pardon? Guy hasn't been convicted yet. Hopefully this will work through the courts and kill such laws, or at least establish a precedent to protect others.
Yeah I was saying that even if he gets an ideologue judge and jury then he’ll probably be fine
Through trump could probably organize something to get him out of this current situation as well if he wasn’t so busy
He shouldn't be charged with terrorism but this is what happens when people think having a gun makes them seem tough or intimidating. Him thinking it would "melt the brains" of some people to know he owned a gun is either him desperately trying to change the context of the situation, or just being really desperate for attention.
He nearly died from the insulin mismanagement. He's facing 20 years in prison. He likely will not be able to get a career in law enforcement because of this insanity. For a joke he made to his FRIENDS.
.
He was, indeed, SO DESPERATE FOR ATTENTION, he never sent the message to anyone outside of his friends. One of them SHOWED it to the idiot who reported him. If you look into it, you'll find the picture isn't even a screenshot of the phone. Someone had to Take a picture OF the screen of the phone to have the snap to report him.
.
He had been targeted by these people pretty much since he started attending the school.
.
They started a hashtag intending to bully him into becoming suicidal, and when that didn't work, they tried to have the police terrorize him on their behalf by lying about his mental health.
One of them harassed him over a decorative knife he had, not in his room on school property, but locked in his car. When asked, he surrendered the knife to the safety officer as well.
.
This did not stop people from smashing in the window(s) of his car.
.
The list does go on by the way. There's evidence suggesting the higher-ups in the school are involved in this at this point.
.
The law-enforcement side of things has had to DELIBERATELY misunderstand a law to such an extreme, the lawmakers in the area are being forced to rewrite the law because of how stupidly they've handled this.
.
His comment had nothing to do with looking tough, it was about how literally every single thing he does makes these people lose their minds because they have such a huge hate-on for him.
.
If THIS is "what happens" when someone makes a joke about people freaking out because he owns a gun, then America may well and truly be a lost cause, and I for one welcome our New Russian overlords
