Never in my life understand the kind of person who wouldn't tell their partner that ahead of time

Yeah - I’m not in the “tell everyone you date immediately” crowd, but the point at which you’re interacting with each other’s genitals is the point at which your genitals do actually become each other’s business, no?

Tbh I'm not sure how he didnt know until after the sex. Is it possible to get a sex change so a man can have a vagina?

They’re totally a thing, and they’re getting better, but A) I’m told you can still pretty much tell and B) whoever gets one is committed to this change bc besides being largely irreversible, it’s a HUGE process that requires months of physical therapy stuff.

I've looked into this a decent amount. It is entirely possible to have surgery and sex is still quite pleasurable after the surgery- it also changes how it is experienced physically (Now more full-body). Modern surgeries are getting better and better and more akin to the cis variant. It is *completely* irreversible and needs recovery time as well, and ever since the surgery you need to use a medical phallus (a medical dildo) to stimulate it so it doesn't collapse inside you.

But of course, this does not surgically make an uterus, just the external genitalia. You will never be able to conceive.

I'd never heard of it collapsing and now I just need to go curl up in a ball for a little while
