I go to the gym in the morning (well, I used to before they closed gyms due to the quarantine, now I just work out at home) so it's like noooooo but actually I feel really refreshed and awake afterwards. So yeah I do actually recommend trying out morning workouts.
Yeah, I started 6 months ago. Basically after work I was beat, and since I hadn't worked out in forever I was selfconcious af, so I never found motivation in years. Forced myself for a month to go twice a week at 6.30 AM (when the gym opens) because I figured there would be less people.
It really does make you feel good. Like... you start the day and you've done something to better yourself, something that isn't eat->work->sleep->repeat. It's still a huge struggle to force myself out of bed on those days, but it's worth it.
