Doesn’t help. The PC wouldn’tbe able to carry it. This will result in a bottleneck. The processor would not be able to produce the required output making the graphics card unable to produce the required/desirable outcome. The ram would help a bit with the speed but that barely matters.

It's hard to see in this image, but the "i3" fella isn't even touching the ground and thus not helping at all.

In actuality, i3 is the boss. If i3 can’t do it, Ram and GPU are useless. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
