There should be something to limit the travel of the wrench-looking part other than the actual light switch.

I’d also at least put in some type of detent- it could also limit travel, but mainly it would create a nice positive mechanical feeling at the end of travel. A damper or spring would also be nice- 1. So that you get a proper feeling of resistance like pulling a lever through the whole range of travel- and 2. because the longer arm to the switch increases leverage and so I think it may feel “off” or “cheap.” Yes/ you could use the tightness of the bolt to adjust friction to the switch to add or subtract resistance- but that would need periodic adjustments and be subject to wear, and both wouldn’t allow fine adjustment as well as o my offering adjustment based on a linear curve rough travel.

They LOOK cool- but I already have enough trouble bumping light switches even with “flat” style switches.

*and to be fair- this design might have a pin or tab to limit travel- we are only being shown the inside of one side of the shroud, the other side might have protrusions inside it that act to limit travel.
