No. She's asking when our "leaders" are going to admit that the panic was unfounded, or at least that the crisis has passed, so that people can live again.
People die every day. Corona virus crossed off fewer people than the seasonal flu.
If preventing deaths is the ultimate goal, we ought to outlaw driving, social interactions of any sort, multi-storied buildings, acts of God, and everything else that exists.
The numbers in the US are showing a 0.057 percent mortality rate. That's not accounting for inflated numbers coming from New York or California, nor does it account for the people who were infected but never got tested, or even realized they were infected.
Mortality rate is insanely complicated to calculate and the numbers are still up in the air. No one knows what it is, and if anyone tells you otherwise, they are from the future or they are using incomplete data. Maybe this guy is exactly right and the mortality rate is 0.057%. Probably not, but who knows? Literally no one in the world.

What isn't debatable, kids? Oh yeah, here's something! COVID-19 has now officially killed more people in the United States than the highest estimates of the 2019-2020 flu season. In 3 months.
Considering flu deaths are being rolled into the Covid count, that's no surprise.
Want another non-debatable fact? The vast majority of those dying are the sickly elders, and those already waylaid by preexisting conditions that were taking them out anyways. Hardly earnest to count someone battling cancer for a decade in their eighties as a Covid death, even less so to add to the count without testing the bodies, and it's absolutely inexcusable to count victims of a car accident who so happened to be infected.
Look I’m perfectly fine with culling the herd, but a lot of people don’t want their old relatives to die before their time. And no, the crisis has not passed for you guys. It has for Australia, to some extent, but until you get no new cases then it’s still active
And sure, a good way is to expose everyone to the virus to build up an immunity. But when it starts getting deadly and spread faster the hospitals won’t be able to cope. So the best thing to do is keep people indoors until either a vaccine or immunity is established
It will never go away.
It will never go away.
It's a flu that already has different strains.
It will never go away.
Most of the fatalities were already on the way out, an 80 year old terminal cancer patient didn't die because of Coronavirus, she died because she's an 80 year old terminal cancer patient.
It will never go away.
Millions of people are unemployed directly because of the lockdown, small business are dying rapidly, people are watching their lives fall apart over a virus with less than 1 percent mortality.
It will never go away.
Every problem that existed before the lockdown has already been exacerbated.
It will never go away.
Every model used to justify the lockdown was long proven wrong. Hospitals were never close to being overwhelmed, and are actually shutting down for lack of work.
It will never go away.
That kinda sounds like a poem or a song and it completely ruined the vibe you were going for.
The problem you’re describing here is advanced capitalism
The problem is not capitalism. The problem was never capitalism.
The problems are twofold, the wannabe fascists seizing powers never meant for them, and the too many cruel or ignorant cowards who refuse to call Big Brother out.
Guys, why are you feeding trolls? He lives for this stuff. Walk away lol

He's right that COVID-19 will never go away, and he's right that it causes immunosurpressed people to die.
,
He is not right that we should let it burn through our population and hope for the best. But he isn't in charge. The people in charge understand how bad things get when hospitals get overrun. They understand to expand testing capabilites and contact tracing.

Let this kid do whatever he wants. He is irrelevant. He's smart enough to figure it out later but right now he's just a teenager (or maybe he just turned 20, Idc). He clearly likes to say the craziest, most asinine stuff he can and watch everyone stumble all over themselves trying to make sense of it. We just have to hang on until he gets bored and leaves us alone or until he matures a little.
Wrong. I'm a medical professional, my unit is tracking this mess, and I'm intimately aware of how this lockdown bullshit is hurting my family and my soldiers.
I know someone who works in the hospital in my town. She is being told if anyone dies and they test positive for COVID-19 they must put the cause of death ad the virus. Heart attack, car accident, old age, doesn't matter. All deaths are being accounted to COVID-19. Just because the government says it is doesn't make that truth. If you want to know how fallible the government is look at the gun bans in Canada. Trust yourself and your friends but never your elected official.
Hooah?
I’m getting very American vibes from this one, which means my view is skewed. Your view is also skewed.
Personally I think Americans are a little too patriotic for their own good
The measure of how much or how little you love your country is not a problem. It's how you express your love for your country. Patriotism and radicalism are different.
Oh you’re talking about panic buying? Yeah that was unfounded but was that really the governments fault
