An aggressive mindset is key to competition. Keyword being "mindset". Raging out every time someone outplays you or beats you to the punch isn't healthy.

I would agree. Anger is one emotion associated with frustration and disappointment. That’s normal- and to an extent healthy provided we process it appropriately and move on to more constructive ways of channeling our feelings over a loss. I’d just add that in the Heightened stress and high emotions of intense competition- I can understand a momentary emotional outburst- but behavior is acquired and refined through doing.

In short- it isn’t acceptable to piss yourself in public for no reason other than you felt like pissing and can’t be bothered to control yourself but are physically and otherwise able to with any effort. 99% of us don’t start life potty trained. It takes practice. If you’re 12,16,18,22,40- whatever- and you aren’t “emotionally potty trained” it is never too late to start learning to use a bathroom- and it is to yours and the worlds benefit to make an honest effort to do so.

What the heck is wrong with playing a game casually, if I'm not playing to win, why should I care so much
