Thorn is an organization which helps identify predators and victims online. To date it has IDENTIFIED close to 15,000 child victims. The actual number of children removed from their situations was in the hundreds last time I checked (a few months back). Which is still HUGE.

Thorn's primary focus is on identifying advertisement and predatory behaviour and search history online - information they then provide for free to the FBI to access. Their work has helped reduce child sex trafficking online (as mentioned on their website: many victims of child sexual abuse are advertised online. This advertisement can be carried out through search engines such as Google, dedicated private "chat" rooms, and through social media platforms such as Twitter).

Even once a victim is removed from their situation their rape and abuse videos and pictures are often still distributed across the internet, creating an on-going situation of victimization.
