Arya Perman was the fattest boy in the world. In 2017, his weight was about 190 kg in 10 years! For 3 years of intense training, he was able to lose more than 2 times. Worthy of respect!

That’s so cool that someone helped him and his family let his get that help. These short documentaries that we see of kids like him are so full of children with completely curable problems, but who sadly have idiot parents that demand their kid is fine and/or a direct reach to god. (The whole “Get my son a therapist/doctor? Hell no he is a profit and there’s nothing different about him” type of parenting)
