In fairness- it appears to be a “painters suit” which could be worn for fear of assault by liquids like having water or drinks or even paint thrown at you- or could serve other purposes such as allowing one to quickly “blend in” or hide their identity. Such suits can be quickly ripped off and are made to be thrown away. It obscures your clothes and they are wearing sunglasses and a mask- so they may just be hiding their identity for personal or other reasons. The mask is easily explained as not a protective measure (for someone who doesn’t believe in Corona) but as a legal requirement since they are in public and could easily be stopped from showing their message on the grounds of breaking an official order of local or stare government. Their freedom of speech wouldn’t protect that.

Or of course- they could be making satire of how they see people who are worried about covid- from their perspective everyone else would seem like hypochondriacs and like they are over reacting.

To be clear I do not support their message or agree- but I had to mention in the interest of fairness that there are possible reasons asides hypocrisy or a disbelief in their own rhetoric.
