The meme usually goes “x - idk I’ve never played it” or something similar. Like “Call of Duty” is a picture of a phone call from someone named duty, or “Belle Delphine - idk I’m not a simp” was a dolphin shaped bell. This one here though is a pedophile joke, pretending that they have absolutely no idea what a child is by saying it’s something completely random like a giraffe (which admittedly breaks the format of the meme). I saw it on Instagram first so I don’t think it’s biglul exclusive
