Questionable. We can infer that bond, as a man of his time and due to his laid back (or sleazy) nature- doesn’t use protection- but it isn’t explicitly stated or shown, so that would greatly reduce his risks of STI if he did. Number of sexual partners certainly factors in to potential exposure to STI, which plays a role in overall risk- and we could argue over what is too high a risk and what isn’t- though that’s largely personal. There’s always some risk, even if minimal to the point of insignificant. In general however- studies point to a wide range from 20%-75% of have had an STI wether they knew or not!

Those are modern statistics mind you- in an age of information and education in the subject, with access and positive attitudes in general to protection. So... I mean... technically the risk of having contracted some form of STI by your 30’s is by default pretty darn high. If you don’t THINK you’ve had an STI- that still doesn’t mean you haven’t. In all- at the very least given what I know about the man and what tends to happen to his lovers, or in absence if that just his approach and demeanor- if I were a woman in Bond world- that alone is enough I wouldn’t sleep with him regardless of his STI chances.
