Well, I mean providing they aren’t doing any unusual harm other than possibly to themselves... seems like a perfectly valid use of freedom. Although... there are arguments to be heard that as our population increases that such acts may become excessively harmful. Water pollution and air pollution and protected habitats and all that. I mean, I don’t condone it, but if only one person littered world wide- the impact would be negligible. It’s when millions or billions do a thing that even small harms become large ones.
