Just for a sec imagine being these guys. 3 months ago you're let off scot free because the DA doesn't want to pursue your case but then your lawyer releases the video to prove to the public you did nothing wrong and it backfires entirely and now you're facing several life sentences

Lol. Yeah. Sucks to be them. It’s a bad situation all around. Just remember boys and girls- it ain’t standing your ground if you have to chase after them. Even if like myself you believe in the right to defense of life and property- if you’re making the call it’s your call. If it’s a bad one- doesn’t matter what you intended, it happened on your watch. You get the blame. If you cant live with that, stand down, you aren’t someone who should be making decisions like that. But I can empathize that it would suck to be in their shoes- especially put there by your own lawyer. Wonder if they got a new lawyer for the trial? I think I would.
