I’m not sure that’s the case. It could just be that they did a low budget HID conversion and used incorrect lenses. It’s hard to tell from the shots there- but I see what are often indications of wrong housing type and poor aiming that are common to HID conversions. I’m not defending them- if you can’t afford to, or aren’t clever enough to figure out how to- convert to HID or projector lights correctly- you really shouldn’t on a street car. You can pay to buy all the “right parts” or you can salvage parts for actually very cheap with some research and know how, and create a set up that won’t be a road menace. Also- many low budget HID set ups either lack high beams- or only work as “high beams”
