I find it doubtful. At the same time- their isolation and fast response very likely means that they could have avoided pandemic or wide spread of the virus. Some degree of that could well be they subscribe to certain kindred spirits in leadership’s philosophies that if you don’t test- you’ll lower the case count- but it’s mostly speculation as no one really knows for certain due to a lack of reliable intell from inside the country.

Hm, I'd really love to know what's going on there. Because Kim Jong Un had dogs and cats being taken away from families (only the elite even had pets) to process them for food because of the nation's food shortage. When even something like this is leaking, the situation there must be hell right now.
