Vinegar takes the wax off the dash. Put dry paper towels on the seats and run a hot iron over them. The wax will transfer up to the paper towels. If you have leather seats, use rubbing alcohol.

make sure you wax the leather after the alcohol evaporates, you don't want cracked leather.

Oh. Well. In that case, use rubbing alcohol until no more ink transfers to the cotton swabs. If you have leather seats, scrub them with leather cleaner/conditioner. If they're upholstery, use dry cleaning solvent. On the dash, use 409 or whatever cleaning solvent you have laying around. Roll down the windows until everything is dry.
