Right. and here's why: if you roll up a cable it can get way hotter than when it's uncoiled (? this the right word? Unreeled? Guess y'all knwo what I mean) so consequently it can transport less energy before it gets too hot to a dangerous point. This looks like a classic start-up brainfuck by someone who knows about design but not much about physics.
