Neither one is inheritly incorrect but the notion the election will be fraudulent due to mail in ballots is not a good argument at this point. Both China and Russia are acting in bad faith in regards to US elections.

Well just from the limited sample size of previous mail in ballot elections held on smaller scale in the US fraudulent entries run rampant. That's not even counting the ones that are just discarded. Here's a good article from the New York Times in 2012 about how bad mail in voting/absentee voting works: nytimes . com/2012/10/07/us/politics/as-more-vote-by-mail-faulty-ballots-could-impact-elections.html We're talking hundreds of thousands to millions of votes discarded, lost, or not accepted because of the failure to follow instructions. I don't think is a good idea is to try and change or create a completely new system when the old one has worked provably just fine for a while.
