Humorous and valid. I’d also say that painting like Woman III by Willem de Kooning are worth MILLIONS. I think the new Porsche’s are ugly as sin and those are often six figure plus cars, and well- the internet can debate but pineapple on pizza..... sometimes something we think is disgusting cost MORE than something we don’t. Certainly caviar or a fresh liver pate costs more than your average hamburger. I’d say the burger is better all around and some food snob might just say I don’t have the taste to appreciate anything less commercial and basic. So ugly is in the eye if the beholder. Many super models are, by the numbers, quite “ugly.” Their “beauty” comes from novel or extreme features and a standard based on a pedigree. Most people find “porn Star” or “girl/boy next door” more attractive than supermodel- and let’s not forget “dad bods” are a thing as are “zaddy’s” and such.
