Anyone can catch a virus. I can’t hold that against a person. When a person has experts and their own appointed or selected advisors telling them precautions to take to NOT catch it- but doesn’t listen and tries to discredit the experts... that I can hold against. When an executive- a person who above all is defined by vision, foresight, prudence, and instinct- catches a virus through carelessness after scoffing at the odds of catching it- I can hold that against them.

Yes, cool, but I believe this is a callback to when Trump attacked John McCain because he had been a POW. (Trump himself dodged the draft.)

He said he liked people who didn't get captured; an early example of his type of reality-bending foolishness. His entire personality is why he was excluded as a guest at John McCain's funeral, but such statements make it difficult to be patient - or encourage others to be patient - with his self-indulgent stupidity.
