I may be questioning cartoon logic but anatomically speaking how far would her tongue be held? I don't know if I'm asking that correctly but I mean when she puts her tongue back in her mouth, how does it rest? I don't think I'm asking this correctly, sorry.
I get what you're saying. I'm assuming she folds it, like a chameleon. In most chameleon species their tongues are longer than their bodies but they can nonetheless keep them folded in their throats. Now, this isn't very frog-like since frog tongues are nowhere near as long (and they're forked) but apparently Froppy trained in order to be able to do this.
