Write it down!! Like, really really fast. Have a device or something next to your bed that you can reach without moving much.
You won't remember much at first and it'll go fast. But the more you make a habit or writing it the longer you'll remember your dreams after you wake.
My phone is right there, I use it as an alarm. But I also have an entire channel of my personal Discord set aside purely for recording dreams immediately after I wake up.
