How did this get past the censors??

A horoscope is a sort of prediction about seeing a persons future. The character took the first part- Horo, and second part- “scope” and referenced it to a telescope- an optical tool for seeing distant objects or light. The person posting this most likely took the pun to mean “whore-scope”- a whore being a woman of loose virtue- so they can’t believe the television censors (who look for adult or offensive references in shows) allowed the joke to go on.

However- it is more likely that the joke was a play on how “horo” in horoscope can sound like “horror,” and so when she says a horo-scope is a telescope that can only see the other girls face (that’s her Older sister), she’s saying that her older sisters face is horrifying- scary, that her older sister is very ugly.

I stand corrected. That’s right. I forgot it was Steph and Kimmy who had an antagonistic relationship.
